All security used in the facility will be acquired by Decatur Civic Center. The Civic Center Director reserves the right to determine if police security is required during a scheduled activity. The Civic Center Director will determine the number of officers, hours and duties of officers. The Lessee is responsible for this expense and will pay the Decatur Police Department directly at a rate of $25.00 an hour, per officer.
